You should check your staffs they're very slow to take bet and very very rude to your customers especially your Cricklewood branch you gonna loose a lots of betting customers.

Havnt used PP for a while and went back on and it says my 'account is out of action'. It says I know its a pain but you need to send us proof of who you are? Why? Yes you are correct it is a pain and I wont be returning.

I am told my account has been suspended due to no ID being verified so I send them my details. I check in a week later to be told I have no account and they can’t find no account yet unable to make new one because of says I already have one. I now realise Paddy Power outsource their customer service abroad which leaves issues because they cannot understand basic English. It’s riddled with spelling mistakes, they keep spelling my name wrong & can never answer my simple worded queries. Yesterday I was on live chat 2 hours with 15 minute replies, worst connection due to their outsourced customer service and best believe each agent kept passing me to another one.

Absolute scum bags. I had the account for a number of years and mostly lost money. Thats fine its gambling and I never gambled more than I could afford to lose. However for the first time ever I had a bit of a lucky streak and over the course of a month I won a few hundred £££'s........... then bam without warning they restrict my account from all offers. If you do not want people to take advantage of offers then don't keep ramming them down customers. throats.

Paddy power. Do not waste your money! I have spent money betting and gaming! I spin the wheel everyday, and I cannot remember the last time I got on a bonus! Horrendous customer service. Paddy Power randomly closed my account due to self isolation error on there part, 5 days later some unhelpful gentleman phoned to say it was an error. Still locked out my account with open bets. Avoid this shocking company. Then I had to agree to certain terms under safer gambling rules even though I've never had a problem. The most backwards company I've ever dealt with. Avoid them and use another betting site is advised
