Yup. Definitely rigged. Worked out the pattern everytime I come on this site. It's the same with Betfred. They all work together. Game spinning the way it's supposed to but only paying penny's n I mean penny's. n just when I think am about to hit the big one, it all over sudden freezes for around 30-40 seconds then I don't win anything. Wil litterly take the lot without a single win then just as you get to your last 30 or something pence, they pay out 12p if your lucky 24p making you think yea it's coming now but take the whole lot. Been doing this for months so no. I'm not spending anymore on this site till it starts giving back. Till then, shalom. Where it says date, this happens everytime I come on this site. Not just today. Awful scam site! Opted for new player bingo bonus. Deposit and play £10 on bingo and receive £30 bonus. Received nothing! When I do finally get through to someone on chat they then said I can't deal with this as I only do sports and that they will transfer me to someone who could help...... waited for an hour like a numpty...... nothing! Avoid like the plague people!

Awful. After a number of years using them I was suddenly required to verify my account to continue using it. I uploaded all documents required but nothing progressed. I contacted customer services but they couldn’t help so I asked to close my account and withdraw my balance. My account was closed and I was informed I would receive my funds by the end of the day. After waiting 3 days I contacted them again to request the funds and was told it can take up to 5 days. It has now been 6 days but still nothing and now I can’t even get hold of customer services. Avoid like the plague!

Why is it almost impossible to contact anyone? Your live chat doesn't work. It feels like it's deliberate. Fine to take peoples money but if they have a problem there is no NO ONE to help. Immoral! How does anyone working for this company expect to have a happy life? I'm closing my account. Seems like the only option.

Crooked gaming site. Slots are bad enough but blackjack is so blatantly fixed. Lost nearly £50 on blackjack didn't win 1 hand. I get 20 dealer gets21. I get 19 dealer gets 20. etc. I won't be playing anymore of this crooked game or slots. I upped my loss limit BIG BLOODY MISTAKE. Will be lowering it to £1 in future.
