I have bet on the horse that refused to run. They were saying on TV the customers who has places the bet on this horse will get their money back or a free bet so I assumed I was getting my money back but to my surprised I was told it didn't aplied to my as I placed my bet on the machine not over the counter. It was my first time in the shop so I didn't know there is the difference betting on the machine or over the counter. I felt exploited and taken advantage. Why they have these machines at their shop when the customer is worst off by betting on them?

Trying to re activate my account, was waiting in a que for half an hour then an agent come on the chat asked for my full name and then told me to wait 25 minutes because they’re really busy.
