They are great when you deposit but when you withdraw they don't want to know. Make some comment about the card you are using to withdraw isn't correct even though it's the same as I deposited with. To make it worse you are not allowed to talk to anyone and using the on line chat is a complete waste of time. My advice is to give them a wide berth.

My Betway account got self excluded and betway allow me to withdraw my money and i gave them my withdraw account and other necessary information. Next day i got a message on whatsapp and they said they are from betway support team and ask me for my personal details and documents. I was not aware about that and gave my details to him. Leter he changed my registered id and phone number and ask me 50000 INR to get back my account. But i didn't give him money and he threat me that you won't get money too.
