The site is purposely flawed your automated system processed the withdrawl knowing it will fail... and made me wait days example when i made the first withdrawl it sent a blank e-check even though i dont have payment profile saved for e-check it ruined the whole experience for me... Tried to deposit via Bank Transfer > Said it Failed > Tried 2 more times, its taken the payment (No funds in account) funds taken from bank account gone missing. This site has stopped all live chat, it’s all bots now. No actual person no phone number no customer services, so you can be scammed non stop and can’t say nothing! It says deposit ten get a super prize well that’s a lie it doesn’t give you anything, and nobody to talk to on the whole site, it even claims to have live chat but it’s fake avoid this site there are better more trustworthy sites betway is a scam!

This is by far the worst when it comes to customer support. It takes minimum 2 hours to connect and then again disconnnect. None are responsible. Its a shame.
