I won a fairly substansial bet earlier tonight and after it was deposited in Betway bank I withdrew most of it. As soon as I hit the button to etransfer it to my bank the page went blank and the withdrawl simply disappeared? Like what the ****? I had two previous withdrawls that had been paid out that the receipts for those disappeared as well! Im reading all the negative **** about this place and Im hoping it aint true but deep down know that it is! I was really enjoying the site, was winning some, losing some but having fun! Tried contacting them and that proved useless so what left to do now but try and withdraw my remaining funds and pray to God they dont take that as well! Truly truly disappointing!

Prize wheel is awful. I actually took a month time out recently because the normal prize wheel never spins in a win. Think I've spun a win once in 50 spins. Super prize wheel is even worse. Most you get is 3 free spins at 20p.

This app is the worst I have ever had. Constantly freezing during bet attempts, when you try to contact them using live chat, it doesn't work, just goes around in circles. The service received is unprofessional and simply put poor by your standards. I tried to load a 1 voucher and it refused to load. I contacted sent proof and spoke to 3 consultants over a 24 hour period and still nothing. The response I received from all three is that it's been escalated and still no response.
