This is honestly the biggest scamming ripoff casino you could ever use or be a part of. Youre obviously not supposed to win every single time you play, but you will get caught up losing every single deposit you make on just about any and every game you play. I know many people who will vouch for this as well. Stay away from this place at all costs... if you don't believe me or the other people here saying the same thing, you are going to waste your money. I've deleted my account with them and it wouldnt be a surprise if they go completely under in the near future. Stay away, trust me.

API works really good. I uploaded some documents, that were accepted, before doing the first withdrawal. I did not know that my account was not fully verified yet and had to wait a week before the account was verified. In the meantime I couldn't bet. Still 4 stars. API works good and the documentation is good enough. Customer support is quick to react. Only the KYC department was a bit slow.

Used to be superb then sold to PP and now gone to the dogs They don't reply to emails and if you get thru to someone on a phone they promise a manager will call you back but they never do... Site has numerous problems and is always going down. Live video down at least once a day Used to be 5* but now they couldn't care less about customers I don't want to give even a 1

Annoyingly I don't get any promotions anymore, apparently not eligible for any of the 5 free spins. I used to get these everytime they showed up on my app but now I can't get any. I did have a problem with my account and I believe this is why and what's happened but the customer service team don't seem to care or want to help - account deactivated you won't be getting my money anymore!

I have £44K on live bets with Betfair without prior notice or communication they have closed my account denied me access with no reason. I had to do my own investigating to find out why this could be. After sending to them on several occasions and receiving confirmation of receipt of ID, Bank Statements, P60, Payslip, utility bills, proof of wealth they still haven't resolved this. Asked for data protection subject access they sent the reply to my wife email address. They are incompetent and it is beyond me that they can do this and not resolve it, They have now done the same thing to a relative. Their communication between their customer services and their so called verification team in Malta is useless. If you get into this situation record everything copy everything and get resolver involved straight away. When resolver send off your complaint and even if Betfair get in touch with their standard auto reply and resolver come back to say do you want to escalate this escalate it and push for a deadlock letter so you can get the Independent Complaints involved asap. Also get in touch with the Malta Gaming Commissions and send a complaint to them, Betfairs communication is woefully unprofessional.

Years ago Betfair used to be the best betting experience around the exchange was top notch and fluid with lots of liquidity available on a range of markets but since Betfair linked up with Paddy Power the Sportsbook side has gone rapidly downhill. There is definately something suspicious going on with the casino arcade slots as when first played you will win money but after a while you will start losing heavily with spin after spin losing and no returns. I've noticed many suspicious patterns on certain casino games where the same patterns are repeated over and over again sometimes you will be offered 25 free spins when you win £25 if you accept the offer you will lose heavily sometimes upto £100 or more yet if you don't accept the offer you will win so its as if you are being encouraged to accept the free spins offer which many gamers will do and if accepted you will lose a lot of money straight away. Betting on the Sportsbook football is a nightmare games will totally disappear at random for no reason Cash Out conveniently disappears at certain points to stop any Cash Out and will not return for ages sometimes when the game is nearly finished rendering the Cash Out option defunct. This happens all the time on multiple/accumulator bets on the Sportsbook add that to the customer service from Betfair which is totally non existent and all in all what was once a brilliant betting experience has become a nightmare. I would definately say that the casino gaming is extremely suspicious and would strongly advise using it my enjoyment of Betfair used to be brilliant but its not really fun anymore I have no confidence in its legitimacy the exchange is ok punter again punter Betfair don't care about the exchange as they make huge amounts in commission the Sportsbook is totally different and I personally don't have any confidence whatsoever betting on the Sportsbook so I would say if you bet on the Sportsbook you do so at your own discretion because in my experience you will lose and lose heavily over a period of time. P. S I would score 0 if I could.

I opened an account, had 8 x£10 bets, asked for my free bet as advertised, oh I wasn't eligible for that promotion, rubbish these people get away with theft, no-one ever investigates. Typical England, rob, rob, rob.!

Don't understand a previous comment about lack of Football matches to bet on. There's a wide array of markets, certainly for Football and Horse Racing which I use on Betfair. I can't comment on the Casino side as I don't use it. Never had a problem though with the services I do use and Customer Service were helpful when I have had to use them.
