Company doing marketing manipulation, they wouldn't give new customer bonus. They are lying. Dont waste your money.

They just steal peoples' money! highly recommend to STAY AWAY frm them..

I placed some bets here and even tought the odds are good, everything else not. Costumer service very rude, withdrawals takes too much time and the platform is not friendly at all.

I always use bet fair for my bets as they have the best range I have found so far.

I chose to withdraw my winnings as a voucher which was supposed to take just a few minutes according to the betfair website. After an hour I contacted support, who initially couldn't even find a record of my withdrawal. 2 hours after requesting the voucher I am still waiting. Very misleading to claim this would only take minutes. If I had known this would take so long, I would have chosen a different option.

I find the new format unintelligible whereas the old one was intuitive and really easy to use. As a result I've shut my account, absolutely dreadful.

My self and my wife have had an account each with Betfair for at least 20 years. My wife uses her account once a year. i. e Today. Grand National. WARNING I believe BETFAIR has been hacked. Or are committing FRAUD. My wife found out for no reason and without any warning her account has been closed? They will not give her access to her account although she answered all security questions OK - They said they would not re-open her account unless she sent them her Driving Licence/Passport & Bank Statement this is very dubious as they already have these when the account was opened? She asked for all her money to be refunded back to her Bank Account and they have refused unless she sends them her identity documents - surely this is FRAUD certainly THEFT if they will not give her money back out of her account. I urge everyone to report this to ACTION FRAUD how many millions will they be stealing from their loyal customers if this is happening.

Contacted betfair for the first time in 20 years because I had a small amount £36 in account but after logging in it was on 0. Spoke to Therese, Tulasi, Piotr, Kaushik so far and got nowhere, I'm waiting for payments team to get in touch. I asked them to suspend my account as I think the site has been compromised. I'll update if the team get back to me.

I won £140 and I request for 120£ withdrawal.. with in a sec they suspend my account.. I tried 3 days to contact with them (betfair).. after 3 days of struggle I connected them with online they said due to business reason you will not get any more.. I told them that I with paste all the screen shot on social platform.. they said ok carry on

The casino allowed someone to use my debit card to make 6 deposits total £150 even though they have admitted they found the account the card was used and took action they refuse to refund me. They said go through the bank who also refuse to refund me because i was abroad at the time and i could not stop the card so they said the casino need to give me this back. The casino will not help and refuse point blank and not sure how this can happen security checks should be done when making deposits. I can't get a manager to speak to the complaint teamare not helping and getting no where.
