What a incompetent imbeciles. They advert me bet with max stake 10 when I try to go for it it wont allow me to bet more than 5. I have asked customer service if its some error and I have been explained its not. "my account is restricted to max 5 bet". However they wont explain why not to mention fact they shouldn't advertise it on my account then? INCOMPETENT IMBECILES AVOID

They’ll take your money immediately. But they’ll take forever to return your money. You have no recourse. Customer service keep you waiting for 20 minutes on end. I would never recommend this organisation to anyone. I will delete and close this account as soon as I have my money back. Save yourself, do not join these con artists.

Good bookmaker from my experience. Real and fair bonuses - unlike other bookmakers e. g.888 etc. Very happy with Betfair and they seem to be fair and trustworthy.

Really gone down hill the past month or so, was a loyal customer but not anymore. Day light robbery, spending well over £100 on slots without no bonuses or decent returns. It’s not fun anymore, or exciting, the amount of dead spins on high bets is crazy. I wouldn’t bother!

Done tens of thousands of spins at 10p, and the most I've ever won is £3, very much a huge scam, never known gambling companies to get away with this before, I'm truly shocked.

Long time with betfair but have to now put them in the pits as regards CustomerService and fair play. They employ some of the most polite but unhelpful staff I have ever encountered.
