My account gets restricted without any explanation why it has been from them, I go on to the live chat option and try to explain this and someone from there end then tells me while going back and forth getting nowhere that an account has been set up using my details and since then they have set up an alert to stop any other accounts being set up with my details being used which is good obviously but my account I've still got a restricted and still no explanation as to why in the first place my account got restricted and how/who set up another in my details, just fobbed off that there fraud department will look into it but this will take time! obviously they are on holiday because I've yet to have any contact from bet365 in 8 days other than when replying to the messages via the account option you can send from in there with the answer fraud department will look into this or you get we recommend you go to the live chat! Up until all of this started I couldn't find fault with them but my word if you have any problems like I'm having with your account be prepared for major frustration this is being polite. Really would recommend using another company if you fancy a gamble in anyway.

I have read comments below, been a victim of their practices. I just dont understand why in a modern society where the government protects its citizens, this company is still allowed to run. I really dont get it. The argument they cant please all customers and the ones on here are disgruntled, is wrong. Look at the reasoning. There is a pattern in the comments. I am a fully qualified law professional, work with the biggest names in business, activities vetted by the FCA, PRA, Federal Reserve in New York, SEC, practically all the most rigorous organisations. I can say I am the cleanest citizen when it comes to record. So I open an account with bet365 deposit some money, Then the moment I ask for the 50 pound bonus, they close the account, no reason, no warning, nothing. I think to myself, What have I done? I am in a system where all my activities are checked by so many organisations and I am 10000% clean and bet365 are telling me i cannot hold a trading account? lolabsolutley laughable. Ladies and Gents this is modern day robbery, scam, fraud, and criminality at its highest. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT open an account with these guys. They are a criminal enterprise. It is better to go to the street and throw your money to a crowd than deposit with these criminals. UK Government: You need to shut them down!
