I must add a comment to all of these extremely negative reviews. I too placed a bet and claimed the £50 bonus which is offered to new customers. They accepted my bet, which lost, and then, rather than giving me the promised £50 bonus, they immediately closed my account. No explanation. I contacted customer support, by they would give no explanation. I am relieved to be rid of this organisation which seems to be intent on their own eventual destruction!
