As a tv punter bet 365 offer of if you have a winner your next bet is risk free. But bet 365 cannot manage to pay this money back. They say it is refunded in about an hour it has now been 20 hours still not refunded. This then cost me another £50 as the funds were not there for a winning bet i tried to place. There customer service is a waste of time there Goodwill is non existent. Use other on line bookmakers.

Wish I had seen these reviews before opening an account with them. Like many others, my account was closed just after opening and while the bet was live. Didn't offer me any joining bonus or even allowed to manage my live bet. No refund offered and received a standard reply when queried, yet to receive any response of a complain. June 14, 2022

Worst app and website for gambling. CEO is paid hundreds of millions, thats because there app is a con and needs urgent government review. Their slot features which you can spend hours waiting to spin in, have paid me as little as £0.30p and that was on a 5x mutplier! (I have screen shots) on no less than 20 occasions the features have paid less than £4.00 after taking hundreds to get a feature.... I only chose 1 star because I had no choice. DO NOT use this evil and unethical company! My card was used without my authorization and almost £2000 was taken by BET365. To date, they have NOT tried to resolve this or give me my money back! I don't even have an account with these crooks so why was my card allowed to be used anyway?
