I’ve been a loyal customer for many, many years, but I've finally run out of patience with Bet365 and closed my account. This is something I should have done a long time ago. I'm fed up of cash out being pulled, suspended or the company using some other underhand method to disable cash-out during live play, a tactic which ultimately gains them a lot of money. The last straw for me was two weeks ago when cash out disappeared AGAIN with twelve mins remaining on a rugby match, it never came back again and I couldn’t get access to the money. This tactic is frequently used by Bet365 and it’s a disgrace as over the years this has cost me quite a lot of money. To add further insult, the already lacking customer service has been overhauled and you can no longer speak directly with a person as they’ve introduced a chat-bot. Its been a couple of weeks now since my last bet, I have more money and I don’t miss the stress or anger related with gambling and these companies. June 28, 2022

I suggest to punters who have had unfair or dodgy treatment regarding settlements of their bets contact your country's GAMBLING COMMISSION and make your complaint. I have had numerous run ins with their returns and for those who do not know how to settle theirs bets than they will be losing lots as they are playing the " not aware " game! The reason that it is so difficult to contact them is because they will be inundated with complaints and they will not have enough staff to deal with them. They are taking punters for fools and believe that majority of punters won't waste their time pursuing their claims that is where they are benefitting from. For most pennies are nothing but for them all the millions of pennies they manage to avoid paying out fills their own pockets. It is NOT the amount that matters but the honesty that matters. DO NOT COMPLAIN IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO CARRY ON WITH YOUR COMPLAINT HOWEVER SMALL THE AMOUNT INVOLVES. THIS KIND OF BULLYING AND DISHONESTY MUST BE STOPPED!

This company and all of the other companies are seriously taking as much liberty as they can out of everyone. How can you play the slots at 50p stake, get the bonus and win so little it is shocking! Then you play on with the little win they gave back with the bonus and it gives you two symbols many times and not the third and if you watch they will give you a win to add up to the amount staked and then they take it all back. It is so out of order for companies to be treating customers so bad. This company will not even comment on any negative reviews.
