I have been with bet365 for about 8 or so years now. i have made a lot of deposits i have had some big wins on the odd occasions. best win i had was about 30k other times it was over the 10k mark. i haven’t had any major issues making withdrawals. but there are some other issues i have with this casino. i must have made hundred's if thousands of dollars of deposits in my time with this casino. and not once have i ever been shown any loyalty to my contributions to to this casino i must say they are really not concerned in anyway with looking after the ones that feed them if you no what I’m saying… all i receive each week is 100 spins at 20c a spin every week which i only every win about $10 from that and when you compare the amount of money i have spent at this place it is just bul$&@ Also another problem i have experienced is deposits i have made that i don’t receive, this has happened a number of times and even that i have proof of payments they still wont pay me but i have given up asking because it just gets nowhere. but i must say i do trust them my last withdrawal from them about 3 weeks ago was 25k and that came through within a few days. but in terms of them caring for loyalty customers they don't give a f$@& about you they just want take take take and show no gratitude what so ever for your loyalty so in al honesty i wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.

I opened an account and tried to deposit, it didn't work because of credit card security issues and in the minutes after they locked me out of my account, refused to tell me why or how to unlock it... If my deposit would have worked they would have locked me out with my money in their hands - Dont ever use this website/App!

I put £10 into my new account. The offer was they will match with £50 after you place your first bet. I place my first bet and I win, the £50 are nowhere to be seen. Then they say I need to send them 2 forms of ID to get the £50 and mu account is now blocked after sending them the required document, I cannot place any bets! Withdrawing is very difficult and is through wire transfer, it is 2022!

Pure misery is what this company gives. The slots have the lowest “return to player” in the industry. Slot bonuses will cost you a fortune to get (around 200x your money).
