In my opinion the best Bookmaker for many years in the world. I mainly use this site for NBA betting and they are great because they have many markets for NBA players that other bookies do not have. Payment is always on time and very fast, only few minutes after the ending of the all matches of almost instantly if it was a live game bet.

Searched around online for a betting app to place a bet on the Grand National for myself and family members. Free £30 bet credit when you bet £10 they said, to be used once your £10 bet has been settled. The free credit was put into my account. Then they closed the account, hours later, "due to the nature of my business". I am a security guard. In other words, we've had your money, now do one. For interest only, between us we bet £30 and got back £27.50. Maybe they didn't make enough. Scammers. April 15, 2023

Avoid using this betting company, beware of sign up promo advertisement. Signed up with bet365 to put a few bets on the grand national. The reason I choose bet 365 was because they had a £30 promo on if you bet £10. Verified my account and deposited and bet £10. A few hours later receive and email saying ‘Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect’. Thought it was a mistake and contacted them via the online chat, they said ‘after reviewing your account with the relevant team I can confirm your account has been closed as a trading decision. Our Trading Department reviews accounts regularly and sometimes conclude that they no longer wish to accept a customer's business. I know this hasn't been the outcome you were expecting or hoping for, unfortunately I don't have any further explanation for this decision and this cannot be undone’. They obviously just don’t want to pay out for the free bets they’ve advertised. Having a look at other reviews, it’s definitely not an isolated incident. Frustrating because only reason I signed up was because of the promo. Feel like this should be illegal. I then asked if they would delete my personal information and they refused. Like a lot of other people here, I signed up to receive a 'welcome bonus' of £30 credit when placing a £10 bet. I did this, but was not given the bonus due to me 'cashing out' all of my money. First, this is false; I never cashed out any money after the event ended. In fact, the live chat guy said I cashed out *during* the event... which would be impossible! He also said that the only eligible bet I didn't cash out was a £2 stake for a losing bet. So, obviously I can't cash that out because it didn't win! I then asked twice if perhaps there's a default setting that automatically cashes out on your behalf. He refused to answer. I also placed a couple of bets, two of which were winners, however the proposed winnings of £80 turned into a measly £16 with no explanation. It barely covered the cost of the £10 stake! So I would recommend avoiding this company - seems to skew everything in their favour. Whereas in the past I've signed up to other companies with similar or better deals who always honour it, no questions asked. April 15, 2023
