Been a customer quite some years. Before Christmas I hadn't deposited on the site for a year or so, and I was eligible to play the free daily games in sports, than as soon as I deposited just £20 they took all these off my account, I'm no longer allowed loyalty or any offers from bet365, they are saying it's due to safe gambling etc. You don't deposit on bet365 and your welcome to the offers and loyalty but as soon as you deposit they take these away. This company needs to give there a head a wobble, isn't loyalty given for game play etc, how can you get loyalty when they take it off your account as soon as you decide to deposit and play. No wonder this site has a one star bad rating, nothing seems to be getting done with this site they seem to get away with it all! Gambling commission definitely aren't doing there job! Been with Bet365 for 15 years but recently very poor. Canceled my account last week because I originally registered with them when working overseas. As per their suggestion opened a new account which was accepted but cannot make a deposit after numerous attempts. Tried emailing & live chat but of no assistance & cannot contact them by phone. I had all offers stopped before christmas, they said the offers were stopped because they are a responsible gaming company, then at the end of febuary they reinstated the offers on my account now they have taken them off again because again they are a responsibe gaming company.. nothing makes sense with bet 365 anymore i will stick to putting my bets on in my local shop from now on. I joined BET365 yesterday after a friend said he had joined. I was a little reluctant as I do have a bit of a gambling habit. Anyway I went ahead and joined up 6pm yesterday afternoon, quite straight forward, played the casino, and spent nearly a £1000, with no wins? Anyway woke up this morning to an email that my stating my account had been closed, because of the nature of my business? I’m a sales manager for a large retailer in the UK for God sake, what do they mean by this? This is unlawful and I am taking this further. My advice is to not use this betting site, as like many other customer reviews say on here, they are corrupt and a dishonest company, as it seems they take your money and then run, with no real genuine explanation why? I transferred $100 to my BET365 account, and even though I sent them the transfer confirmation and my bank statement pictures, which amply demonstrate that the payment was properly deposited to the BET365 account, they just claimed they hadn't received the cash. BET365's customer service agents wash their hands, stating that PayDirect handles their transactions and that they have no capacity to intervene. As a consequence, they directed me to call PayDirect, BET365's felony partner, who told me the same thing: they need a confirmation number for the Interact transfer that I never received, and they are helpless without it. I've been dealing with these two "model" businesses for over a month and have yet to find a solution or the whereabouts of my money. Is there any bureau, that helps resolve these kinds of complaints?
