Big rip off. Been betting for a cpl weeks then all of a sudden my account is closed with no reason. And all of a sudden they dont recognize my bank, the same one ive been using with them this whole time. Now i csnt even get my money back. B. s. avoid n stay away. Experienced problem's logging in 8 days ago. They advised me that it looked like I had 2 accounts set up and that they would investigate it as fraud and get back to me in 48hrs. I have chased them 3 times since and they can provide no update. I have gambling accounts with other companies and Bet365 has without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experience. Signed up Friday 15/04/2023 deposited £100 for the grand national and Liverpool v Leeds last night! 2no bets have won! yet they closed accounts Saturday morning, no refund or any sign of winnings! now as per usual with these kind of greedy parasitic pond scum they ignore everything! What a scam of a company! Worst betting company around, do not sign up, opened an account with then deposited money which I used on bets, got promised 30 pounds in credits which I never got, sent all verification which got approved, long story short account got closed a day later “due to the nature of my business “, no train given no explanation no evidence to show I did anything. Wrong, anyone know how we can escalate this and sue bet365 for this absolutely disgusting abuse of power. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Reading below the reviews, many have experiencedsimilar, in that account not opened, no reason provided then they email with worrying communication making you feel perhaps your data has been compromised, and cause unwanted stress. I opened an account with them to place a bet on the grand national, I placed 5, £1 each way bets on 5 horses but unfortunately I didn’t win. The next day, I received an email informing me that my account was being closed with immediate effect telling me that it was due to the nature of my business, and with no explanation. Confused, I don’t have a business, I’m not in debt and I was a new customer. If this is the way they treat new customers then I don’t want any part of Bet365, terrible customer service

Disgusting customer service and in my opinion nothing but a con. I signed up for an account with the promise of £30 worth off free bets. Just like many, many others on here they closed my account and point blank refuse to give a reason. I could have gone with any one of a number of other companies and wish I had. Dont sign up with these, use a reputable company if you want a betting account. I signed up with the introductory offer for the national. Account was later closed down by them with no reason given. My free bets were lost. Struggled getting back the massive £14 i won also, but after several emails they did give it back. Not a company to use. stay well away. April 15, 2023
