I had a multi bet with Bet365 and was about to cash out. And all of a sudden I was locked out of the “My Bets” section of the app. With a message saying “Sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable” therefore preventing me from cashing out my bets early. And so conveniently when the match ended, the @my bets” option was available. But unfortunately one of the games had lost so I was unable to cash out in time as planned. And lost all my money. I contacted Bet365 and all they said was, “yes we know of the technical malfunction, but we won’t be refunding you your money”. They’re essentially saying that anytime anyone has a substantial bet, they can can have a “technical issue” and block you from withdrawing your money until it’s too late. Absolutely illegal and unethical. Avoid Bet365 at all costs. June 20, 2021

Shocking. Ten minutes before the game was finished I had a decent cash out was only waiting on a corner to win the bet but thought I'd cash in anyway as I went to do it the bet dissappeard completely and then I couldn't access it again as if I never had a bet.
