Scam, have been waiting for a month for a call to verify my account. They had no problem letting me send money to the account but have been waiting for a call to be able to use it for over a month. The moneys stuck in the account now and after sending 6 emails back and forth have still not received a call or my money. Would try a different betting app next time forsure. January 22, 2022

Absolute criminals! Their odds are always lower than their competitors. Honestly the only thing they have going for them is the odds drift protection, problem is they dont pay that either. On Saturday they paid me twice on the wrong odds, on the 3rd time i took a screen shot just before the gates opened. Horse jumped at $2.8–1, they paid $2.5. After 8 years using them several times a week, they've closed my account without any notice. I had a positive balance with them and I withdraw my money just a week prior to that. After calling customer service I was told that my account was closed following a "business review"? When I've asked for the reason, I was told that they do not discuss the outcome of the so called "business review"regardless of the fact that was my account and the customer service agent verified that that was me by asking about 10 questions. After that I was advised that I will never be allowed to open account with them.... No wonder they are register outside UK, so they can do whatever they want and you as a customer don't have any protection.
