Closed my account for absolutely no reason. Have been a loyal customer for years, betting most weeks on the football, not high Stakes or anything, bets ranging from £1-£5 at most. Go to sign in and couldn’t, informed by customer service that my account has been closed and I won’t be given an explanation. Weirdos. I confirmed my ID and address years ago. I’m a 30 year old woman, not some master crook and I wouldn’t mind but not like I’ve ever won anything big on their app. Absolute freaks. Avoid at all costs as they close your account for no reason. Hello, after a few wins in December, they made me a net deposit limit of 250 pounds, it is not possible to agree to take them off or increase the limit hehe, I was with them for a few, maybe even several years, they behaved poorly when you lose, they are not interested in your deposits, but if you win a few times these are already creating a problem, so I do not recommend them, I changed the bookmaker, best regardsFebruary 10, 2022

Their "customer service" is laughable. If you try to withdraw your money, your account goes under review. They won't tell you what it is under review for (because even they don't know) but essentially it's just a way to withhold your funds. The rep in the chat "hung up" on me, and refused to give me contact details to speak with someone else or escalate the situation. Garbage. February 09, 2022

Shocking site, do not go near the slots they are in fact one of the biggest scam sites iv seen when it comes to slots, you will very rarely hit a bonus even on less volatile slots and when you do they are always extremely underwhelming, the customer care is outrageously bad also.
