Absolutely disgraceful withdrawal system. Withdrew a small amount of funds around 4 o'clock today 3 hours later and bet365 have not even released my funds. This money should have left immediately once requested it's a ploy to hold onto funds for as long as possible not just my funds probably thousands of customers in the same position. This has to be the worst excuse of a betting site i have ever stumbled across within 2hrs off signing up i knew i would never return this site. Bet365 must have the most awkward useless layout for betting ever, it is near on impossible to find what you want to bet on let alone bet on it. As for the slots wow they are mindblowing i like to put a substantial first sum in when i play on a new site to see the lay off the land so to speak but lets say after playing for a couple of hours i calculated the RTP of slot A was 12.5% and slot B was 27%. They have pathetic customer service and also even whe you provide the verification document they will block your account. Bet365 use the responsible gambling rules for there favour as if you are loosing they don't care but when you start winning big and get near to your big wins they simply block your account. I had issues all day login in to bet365 app and login on the website. I checked twitter and I'm not the only one. No one can login to their accounts. It's pathetic and terrible service! I messaged on the online chat as your phone lines where closed, I was 86th in the que. Finally I got to someone who called me by the wrong name and said they are experiencing issues with the login and said its going to be fixed. And hour an a half later I managed to login and place a bet, then lituraly 15mins alter that I can't login again and this been going on for hours. I have 7 or 8 bets but I can't check on them, can't cash out on them or put another betd on as cover. It's terrible experience and service. Poor company! They close your account for no reason! I’ve been a customer for years so have passed all verification checks, never actually won anything major.
