They void bets they don’t like. I made a big bet on a line that was too good. Hours later they voided it and changed the odds. Until recently I was happy to use Bet365 and would not have rated my experience as one star but recently Bet365 asked me to provide a new email address. I said I could but asked why. I was given no explanation. I repeated my request for an explanation, mentioning my current email address was 100% functional. I was again refused an explanation (via "Live Chat"). Feeling belittled, I asked to speak to a manager to get an alternative opinion. My wish was refused. I asked again, and again. Always refused. I am reluctant to continue using Bet365 and feel customers should be given explanations. After all, we are adults not children. I also remain worried why these "revealed" secrets of Bet365 are not open to scrutiny. Surely, an explanation like "Some email sites do not work for us - after a time" could be volunteered. Had two bets on today. One won and one lost. Both disappeared after said match. My winnings and initial bet money were no longer available in my account. I contacted the customer service who were insistent that I had never place either bet in the first place. My bet was very small thankfully. Scam alert. If you win with them they’ll do anything and everything to avoid paying you. Luckily I placed a bet small enough that I didn’t mind losing. Ended up winning now I can’t withdraw any money. They seem to be putting me in an endless cycle of “ escalating the issue “Have spent 3 weeks trying at this point I’m just going to give up.
