Get 365 used to be an ok site but the BINGO HAS ALWAYS BEEN restricted to certain areas of the country who win all the time if you complain u then win for a couple days then back to normal same players from same areas win all the time my opinion is its FIXEDMarch 12, 2022

I would give zero but that is not an option. Bet365 literally stole my money - I made an authorised deposit which never reflected in my account and when I inquired with the bet365 "highly trained staff", they told me they couldn't see anything in the system. But the system has had many issues in the past but this time they are sure - how I ask. But they didn't check that they received the money (which they did) as I double checked with my bank and they confirmed the money was paid over from my cheque account to the bet365 account. So money deducted by never reflected on my online account. I have evidence but nobody from bet365 wants to see it - whcih means they have done this before to other people. March 12, 2022

DON’T USE THIS SITE! IT’S A SCAMMy husband and I wanted to bet on the super bowl this year. We don’t gamble often so this was just a fun thing for us to do. We started our own accounts and used our joint account debit card to add funds to each. It was only $100 per account so nothing crazy. When my husband went to start placing bets it restricted him because the debit card we used was under my name. He has his own card but we didn’t think it would matter. It clearly did so we added another $100 to my account and figured we would withdraw the money after the super bowl. It’s March 10th, we have email correspondence and live chat correspondence and we have only got the ring around and nothing has been done. They asked us to prove we it came from a joint account and we did that. They have stolen our money and I’m curious how many other ppl they have done this to. The CEO is a billionaire and you would think… why would they need my measly $100. This is how they make money. Stealing unused money from accounts. To add insult to injury both my account and my husbands accounts have been deleted. March 11, 2022

I have a winning bet that has been locked away in the unsettled category which I am unable to cash in as one game was postponed but they still can’t verify this after 48 hours, I found out by doing a simple Google search that it was postponed. Such a poor website and business. They sit on your bet when it's complete, only due to a postponed fixture, or non league result they pretend they can't track. If you want to sit in a 40 plus long queue waiting to resolve the problem, or better, just go and use a website that actually works properly...
