Awful experience. Opened an account and told the deposit was unsuccessful 3 times, little did I know it had left my account. Queried this and told to contact my own bank.. not their problem. Deposited a small amount and had a couple of bets on the racing, never really used betting before but thought why not. Checked again a couple of hours later and couldn't log in. Was told it was the trading team who review accounts and my account had been closed down. No other explanation other than they can't do anything. Said that they will pay out bets if they do come in but that's it. Absolute shambles start to finish. Would not use again or recommend. March 17, 2022

Avoid greyhound, harness and horse racing! Those photo finishes that decide the outcome of who is the winner is how certain events are rigged. Why do you think bookmakers won't allow punters to have a market that void all photo finishes? The whole is racing industry is a racket. they made a error where they swapped the teams for a bet and i betted on it not realising the error since i didnt know the teams and what players they have.. i bet on map 1 and i win and then i bet on map 2 and win.. then they cancel map and change my bet for map 2 to lost and then i write to support expecting to get it fixed and now im banned for chatting to support even though i was told they would fix it and it was infact a error... like its actually bs how they can just shut you down and will just to make 10bucks.. Massive Scam do not use! I opened up an account as I saw a deal for the horse racing where you pay £10 and get £50 free bets and thought it would be a bit of fun as I've never had a betting website before. I managed to place a £5 bet and then my account got deleted. I asked why this had happened and all they could say was that it was a trading decision and that's that basically. They also lied and said I placed my full £10 bet so I wasn't able to get a refund. I said I felt cheated out of the deal and only wanted the money I put in as they were dishonest! I am yet to hear a response and wouldn't hold my breath. This is how they make their money! Don't do it! March 15, 2022

Worst betting app and website I have ever used. Neither the website or the app seem to work when there is an event on that I want to bet on. They email you offers saying they have given you a free bet only for the app or site not to work during the event. I would not use this company and place my bets elsewhereMarch 15, 2022
