After 6 years I decide to re-open my account. Everything was cool until I decide to set my self a limit and put some restrictions. I ask in the live chat to restrict the casino games and sort betting. I love to play poker only and I am not interested in any other gamble. Ones I did that my account was restricted fully. I contact the team and they told me that it is their final decision. Because I choose not to play the casino games in which you have no chance to win I am not allowed to play poker: )That say a lot about this site. Absolute discrimination for the poker players! Great for sports betting with some of the best odds amongst the big online sites. Offers are a lot less gimmicky than many of the others and tend to remain consistent throughout the year. They don't seem as keen to reel in ADHD match betters as the likes of PaddyPower. After the sign-up offer, it's unlikely you'll see many, "bet x, get free bet" offers, instead free bets are something Bet365 give out regularly to customers who are in good standing, with no strings attached. As mentioned in other reviews, signed up for their £10/£50 free bets offer (through The Guardian website) and they instantly restricted my account before I even did anything. Spoke to their live chat and they said they closed my account as a "trading decision", refused to explain why. Never had an account with them before, not using any dodgy info or payment methods. Pretty terrible experience. Edit: Just tried to get them to at the very least delete my payment method from their site because I don't want it left on something I can't use and they refused because it's "policy". Shame I can't give it 0 stars. Opened an account shortly before travelling to Spain for the cheltenham festival hoping to get my £50 in free bets offer for opening the account. As I was in Spain I couldn't access my account through the app so I haven't even logged in by this stage. Upon my return I tried to log in without success. I spoke to customer services twice with the chat ending on both occasions before the matter had been resolved. On the third occasion I was told that my account had been cancelled as a trading decision, very confusing as I've never even logged into it as yet. My friend had a similar experience whereby he opened an account and deposited £10 in order to aquire the 5 free £10 bets offer for opening an account. Upon spending his initial £10 he had deposited, his free bets were cancelled and his account closed based on a trading decision. Absolute scam of a company and don't know how they are allowed to get away with it

Horrific customer service. Keep your money. Been on a chat with 'Ben SH' in which was appalling customer service. Doesn't acknowledge or care and then instantly closed the chat session without asking if there was anything else I would need. I WOULD AVOIDMarch 30, 2022

Having been a bet365 customer for several years, mostly without any issues whatsoever, I recently encountered a problem with the desktop site. Essentially, I would log in and try to place a bet, only to be instantly logged out. Rince and repeat, effectively making the desktop site useless. I also became aware that I wasn't alone in encountering this issue with the desktop site, speaking with friends and researching feedback via fellow bet365 customers. After communicating my issue and experience to bet365 customer service and their technical departments, it quickly became clear they could offer no solutions beyond standard canned responses (clear browser cookies, etc) and lacked interest in helping. Indeed, I was constantly instructed to seek help via the online chat function, rather than email, despite the fact I couldn't access that or any other functions via the desktop site! This experience is most unfortunate and while the mobile application usually works without any issues, it feels like bet365 no longer care about customers who prefer using the desktop site. Needless to say, highly disappointed with the poor customer service experience at bet365 and have taken my custom elsewhere. March 30, 2022
