They offer incredible value, I can claim with certitude, that just between Feb-4-2022 and today May-6-2022 I have put at risk more than 275 000.00 CAD with them, and can not complain of one single issue, except maybe the website not always responding, but that has been very exceptional. The point I want to bring, is that for an experienced bettor like me, this place feels very good and trustworthy, they have never missed a beat on my multiple payout requests, and have taken me out of trouble a few times by allowing me to cash out at the same value I got in (if odds have not changed). Unable to log in for weeks with incorrect details yet I use Face ID to log into the app so it’s impossible for the details to be incorrect it’s laughable. Attempted to use the customer chat twice which is absolutely awful. It kicks you off the chat on the app and the agents close the chat. Which is always fun after waiting 30-45 minutes to get through. I was asked to send over passport photos, driving license, proof of deposits, proof of withdrawals, proof of bank wire. I was only after a simple solution not trying to join mi6! This betting site is a total disgrace, Bet365 are cheating thousands of punters on a daily basis, they shut of their Cash Out when things are going against them and shut down their bet builder in the same way.. I tried to do a bet builder tonight Real Vs Man City, They had every other thing up except the bet builder. I am now going to take out my money and go elsewhere.. I suggest everyone should do this.
