Betway is the worst app i have ever witnessed. I used it four a week and i made deposit 4 times when i done for the fifth time the required amount is not credited in my account i have waited for 24 hours and later i have contacted their support team. Their bloody team members said that my money were credited to someothers account and saying that they cannot help me such a worst customer support and bloody members. i am requesting you to not use betway(bloody app)

Customer services a joke! I have web chatted 4 days in a row asking for a missettled bet to be updated, and not once has anyone got back to me webchat queue nearly an hour, and cut off mid conversation twice!. very poor. avoid
