deposited 2000- on 9 oct to betway account this amount still not showing in my betway account. I tried to contact customer service They told me to wait for 3 days and its been more than 3 days still amount not reflecting on my betway account nor my bank account.

Betway is a fake site I have withdraws my win amount of 1400 on 21 St Sept but till now the amount is not credited in my account. Hi Betway, My account has been excluded by misunderstanding my statement and even after that all my funds are not settled. My account was confirmed to be verified and i used to withdraw without any hassle. But my last few withdrawls have been withheld. I have sent all the documents for my identity and address proof but still the problem persists. I no longer can contact chat support as my account has been excluded without any fault of mine. I have written numerous emails but i have not got any reply. I think i am cheated as the amount was really huge.
