Helo. I have deposit money but not showing in my account

Deposit is good but withdraw is not happening I have made two withdraw 5000 and 4500 and 5000 is happened more that 5 days now in site they are showing paid off but I didn't receive any money yet please revert back to me with solution

Hi team, I was deposited on 25th October 5000 & 2000 both was successful payment done by bank but those amount was not credited into betway account. And from my side the payment was done successfully and the mistake was from your side not yet credited into betway account and saying silly answers as we are not responsible. Worst customer service you team having. My I'd was raghu0012. Its already 5days and not got proper answers from you side. This type of services was not at all accepted by customers
