How on Earth have they not settled on the US election. This is a joke - the result is beyond doubt. This is the last time I'll use this sham of a betting company.

From what i see this site have a lot of problems when they need to do payments.... if they cannot pay your win give one star and bad reviews and call someone who can close them until is not to late.

Everything seemed fine at first. Although they limit you to just 500 £ deposit per month. But they have taken an incredibly long time to settle a bet. Like every other betting company has settled the presidential election but betway has still not settled a week after every major news organisation has called it. At this point they are just holding my money for no reason.

Betway has not settled on the US election. An election that took long enough, they still have not paid out. Iv been asking and they say “When the results are posted on the government website they will pay”. Elections over, its all done. Pay out.

DON'T, please DON'T invest in this company unless you can afford to have your money taken from you with promises that you will get it back when it matures, with interest, and then never returned (I'd call that theft?. This is what's happened to me in this probably scheme: I did receive veiled threats this year that this company would be unable to pay me back if my honest review deterred more investment but as they have no intention of returning my life savings I may as well be honest now. Despite many emails and phone calls last year, ai gained some profits this year, this company rarely replied. In those very few replies, promises were made that my funds would be returned, none were honoured (I would call that gross dishonesty and fraud). A vague promise earlier this year that the money would be returned in laughably small tranches (would have been better than the nothing I am going to receive). I am very grateful to mr gilbert the person who helped me get my funds along with a court order I reached him via Gilbertwillies(at)aol com and I would forever be in debted to him for coming through I read some favourable reviews before investing and again recently. I cannot and do not believe those are honest: they in no way resemble my experience and I suspect they have been ‘bought’. DON'T allow yourself to be conned:

Got my account frozen for legitimate reasons, got an email back that I have to reply to to get the funds in the account transferred back. However, when I reply it says the mailbox is no longer supported and my email will be responded too, and because I cannot login, I cannot access the help page. Help?

Deposited money 2 weeks ago but it wasnt succesful. Tried to contact them on the live chat. First agent i talked to said if the deposit wasnt succesful within 24hrs ill get my money back right away. So i waited for but didnt get it. I tried to contact again and one of the agents said if it wasnt succesful ill take 2-3 business days for me to get my money back. Waited 4 days but still dont have it. Next agent said to send a screenshot of proof of my deposit so they can take it to the bank team to check it and if i dont get my money back in 2-3 days just follow up. For the last time i contacted em again thru live chat they said i have to sent a bank statement now so the bank team can check it and i told em i sent a screenshot of proof already and theyre like we dont accept screenshots. Its just every agent you talk to they got different reason.

Hi Betway When do you plan on paying out on Joe Biden winning the election.. Many other bookmakers have done do but I can’t see the bet being settled yet

Hello everyone If you want to avoid being scammed and robbed off from you withdrawals, do not join. After 2-3 years being a loyal customer of betway, they started with this so called review. I requested a withdrawal of 720 dollars which they never released because they said the want to complete the review first. After providing all the information they needed from my bank statements from June-August to receipts and proof of my self-employment. They said that this is not enough and kept interrogating me and no matter what I said in terms of my transactions, they were not satisfied and kept twisting their questions and delaying my review. They even asked me to provide my parents address and phone number. Doesn't that sound like a scam? I eventually got tired because it seems like they are just scammers and told them I have provided all the information I have and they made things worse by completely suspending my account. Tomorrow, I will open an investigation with my bank and notify the authorities for all the transactions between Betway and me. They take your money and do not give you you withdrawals. Be aware! I hope that my lesson teaches you a lesson too and you won't be fooled to join this scam.

Blocked account I have registered and deposited money. I bet and won(£500) and a day later my account was blocked. They said due to my bets I am showing that I’m a high risk gambler. I have tried contacting them about the money that I have won and so far I have had no reply. Please be careful and do not use this website as you will not get any response and money back.
