Dear Betway Team, Forced to put a negative review owing to poor response time from Betway & making me follow up like crazy. I have been interacting with your agents for more than 15 days now. There is a withdrawal of INR 23,000 which was processed by Betway on 4th Nov’22 but I have still not received the funds. I have shared my account statement with you on e-mail twice. You guys respond on e-mails only when I am on Live Chat with your agents & it takes atleast 1 hour for your agent to come online & start the interaction. Every time I have to explain the whole story to the new agent. My previous experience were good but the way I have been treated in last 15 days is horrible.
