I won 63700 Indian ruppes. on 22 september. i withdrawal amount. after 2 days they simply lock my account. silly reason. after 1 month I got an Gmail, if you send ownership of you. and bank statement. after somedays no reply from them. withdrawal are not given. I am chatting daily but no use

Wanted to close and delete my account. For some reason (probably in attempt to prevent you from leaving) I could find NO information on how to do this in their automated Help & Support pages. So I went onto the chat and was “apparently” next in line. Over 15min later I was still “next in line”. I believe this is a blatant effort to stop customers from leaving, hence the negative review. I will also be contacting the Gambling Commission as they may well be interested in the companies current behaviour.

Hello, I have made a deposit of Rs 4000 on Sep 30th. It doesn't reflected in my account still. It has been 2 months. I have been tried contacting Betway live support chat, **** of a thing.. whenever I ask they will tell no update still.. then whom we should contact..? I have sent bank statement everything for proof.. multiple times.. no response.. even worst.. Don't ever trust Betway. Continuosly degrading of trust as a bookmaker..

They don't honor their withdrawals. Heres my case. I deposited 100 $ on June 26 20222nd deposit 900 $ on June 30th 2022Made a withdrawal request following week. I decided not to wager the funds anymore. It has been over 120 days, zero updates. The last time support contacting me they said "the processor requires the last 4 digits of the SIN/SSN in order to release your withdrawal. " Which was on Aug 2nd 2022. I provided that the same day. I contacted their Live Chat over 20 times. I get the same " This has been escalated, please allow 24-48 hours to receive feedback ". I wouldn't recommend this platform if you are planning to withdrawal your funds. They can't even process a simple transaction under 30 days. Let me remind you, theses weren't even winnings. These were the funds I deposited into their platform. Over 120 days of nightmare trying to get your 1000$ deposit back. I can't imagine what kind of nightmare you'd have to endure had it been winnings....

This is the worst betting company I've ever used! I requested a withdrawal of £1000 and have not received my money yet. Unable to use live chat as its automated and email is useless as they instructed me to do something that's just not possible on their website. I've emailed the ceo to no reply and feel so stressed with this whole matter. They say they can't credit my money back to the same debit card I made my deposits with! Please I beg of you never use this company! Betway please send me my money so I can sleep at night!

Why no customer live support. you are suppose to be a big betting company, its impossible dealing with a stupid automated bot assistant. If people have problems and need some live support you dont provide none. No contact phone number too, you will lose many many customers with lack of no live support.

Betway is has to worst customer service i have ever experienced they took my money from my account and after 2 days i have never given my money back. After talking to a customer representative i got my account blocked which i am glad they did because i never want to deal with them ever in my life

I have become so frustrated with this process and I'm at the point now where I'm feeling mugged off by the support chat, not thier fault by the way as thier service has been good. I have £300 waiting to be returned from the payments team as they can take the funds from my bank account but unable to pay back into it. I have asked for another account to be paid to which they have agreed to but this still hasn't been done. I keep being told they are waiting for the payments team to come back. If someone sees this please can someone reach out to me and help me with this please
