Can't see any bets, had a bet in England to win 4-0, high odds... Not paying out on the win... What the **** is going on... Tried to complain on Live Chat, in a queue of 159 people so I guess I'm not the only one...

Cannot view my bets during games or in a cashing out phase. Clearly this is tactical from the company. This is not right!

Bet 365 so difficult to get on the app. just goes blank for ages. puts me off using it

Bet365 app my bets disappeared whilst game was in play therefore no option to cash out. Terrible that they take your money no problem but don't like you to cash out. Will be closing account after poor service. Please don't waste your money with this company.

Brutal support. App said "quick deposit failed" 3 times which it didn't and my bank charged me extra fees because of this, not to mention all the other cash out issues during the Euros. Contacted support and after 2 hours and being asked to send screenshots ( which i had ), I was then told I was correct however they wouldn't offer any "Goodwill" for this. Literally what do you have to do then to get one?

By far the worst site I’ve ever used they are no more than common thieves, they stop you receiving bonuses every couple of weeks blaming responsible gambling although the never asked for proof of funds or anything else, this happened 7 times in 4 months the cash out is also a scam every time a bet is doing well with a good cash out opportunity the cash out is unavailable I’m amazed the gambling commission allow these cheats to operate I have now filed a complaint, do not use this site under any circumstances they are so anti customer and the customer service is abysmal stay away

Customer service is awful, was basically accused of being a lying when querying a cashed out bet that had been removed from my account then posted as a lost bet even though it had already been cashed out. Online chat was rude and unhelpful. Asked to close my account and was met with condescending questions will never use bet365 ever again! All over £13.21
