Closed my account after just one bet. no idea why. What a strange company. Cant get my remaining credit back without sending a bank statement. Keep the money i'm washing my hands of this scam company.

Cash out never seems to work when bets are still running when cash amount is quite high. They say it’s in your terms and conditions. Funny how it happens to so many others?

Contacted them in the live chat and they acknowledge the system error but couldn't help at all. Then requested to speak to someone of a higher authority. Even that person only said "We are sorry, we apologize..... but nothing can be done. " What the **** is this. Bet365 should be a website with Live stream on the bets. If there was an error with the system, and they acknowledge the problem, then they should be accountable for it. If there was -20 stars, i would have given them that. Bet365 dont even worth zero stars.

Been with 365 for several years, always preferred the site to most others, but has cost me loads due to no cash out last 2weeks, last nights semi was last straw for me, had several Accas and a good win bet on Italy wanted to cash out in 77th minute, not available.
