Bet365 have disabled there cash out options too all customers as per their trading decision. There is no time frame when the cash out option will be available again.

Consistently scamming their customers by removing access to mybets and also the ability to cash out. A vile horrible company. I have now moved to William Hill and Betfair.

Cash out option has been out of service for 3 days now, just get the same cut and paste response and don't expect to get anything back, its just tough luck. I've been wanting to cash out on bet for days now but I doubt it will be resolved before the match, so I'll probably lose the money. I'm leaving and heading to paddy Power now

Bet 365 have been having so called tech issues for too long now. They should not be allowed to take peoples money if they can’t allow you to cash out or check your inplay bets! It’s disgusting that your unable to speak to anyone regarding there issues and it certainly makes you wonder if these issues are being done on purpose! I too will be encouraging people to stay clear of this site from now on!

Bloody unbelievable about the cashout option I now lost soo much in potential cashouts that it's not funny. This website should be shut down they made excuse that there is a technical issue but I know this has happened alot. You telling me with all the money they have they cant hire a proper tech team to fix this error. It is a way for them to disable the cashout so that one game ****** you... my one tickets is show today's game when that same game I already got a green ticket..... how do we complain against these robbers.

Cash out been out for severals weeks now they offer this and cant provide it been really disapointing white this nothing been offer to me I have bet over 1 million this year on that site really rely on cash out no customer service ill take my money elsewhere plenty of sites around.

Cashout issue dragging for many days and during a main event like the Euro. Worse.... you realise you cannot cash out after placing the bet. No warning or anything. I've been betting with Bet365 for over 10 years and been going backwards for the past 2 years. Other than an easy interface to switch from video to another, they became a total joke. They ask us players to act responsibly, whereas they are grossly irresponsible themselves. SHAME ON THEM!

Bet365 betting slip and cash out issues just when the euros start, speak to live chat and what do you get, a half hearted apology and no offer of any refunds or anything! Try to escalate to their Complaints department and get an email from a supervisor stating exactly what the agent had already said! Surely a big company like bet365 must have a complaints team? Shocking treatment limiting customers ability to cash out on live bets or even see their betting slips! Do the right thing bet365 and compensate your customers for your mistakes!

Charlatans. They keep disabling the my bet feature and the cash out feature while still allowing bets to be placed. Moving to Paddypower instead.

Bet365 have now begun operating a scam whereby they allow you to place your bets in the hours leading up to major events, then remove your ability to view or cash out your bets before it starts. Happened on yesterdays racing and euro quarter finals then miraculously they resolved the "technical issue" after the football had finished. Fast forward 24hrs and the "technical issue" they had fixed last night is stopping people cashing out again. I would imagine given the obvious pattern to these "technical issues" trading standards will be taking a look at their operations.
