I have been betting on horses with Bet365 for years and without a shadow of doubt they are miles in front of the competition. Here is why.1. Not afraid to lay big bets £,000’s2. Offer BOG at least 24 hours before the competition 3. Money instantly in bank up to £2,0004. Consistently the best for prices5. Loyalty bonuses, not to mention their 4-1 tv promotion. One has to also understand on a site like Trustpilot you are bound to get more negatives if you are not selectively inviting them as people generally only put pen to paper when they want to complain. A bit of advise to scammers. No bookmaker is going to allow you to open multiple accounts to scam bonuses so you have been warned. Bet365 are the pinnacle of fairness.

Do not ever use Bet365. You will lose whatever sanity you have left. A year ago they put restrictions on my account because I dared to have a small win and withdraw some money. I thought I had closed my account but apparently that is not possible. They are now saying that they will start charging me a monthly fee for not using my account. Have tried Phone, Live chat and email to get my account closed. All they do is keep passing you on to other departments. 2 days solid of being messed about and my account is still not closed. I will be blocking any payments they try to take. They are a bunch of crooks with absolutely no customer service whatsoever. A miracle has just occurred. Or so bet365 claim. My account has finally been closed. I'll still be checking my bank account on a regular basis to make sure that they are not helping themselves to my money. Something I would advise all people who have ever had an account with Bet365 to do. I do sometimes go back to companies I have used before but this lot no chance. You literally have to call them all the f's and c's under the sun before they do anything to help.

I deposited $100, and when I tried to place a bet I was told that there was a restriction put on my account. I tried to contact support, they were only available through chat. They constantly sent me to different agents until I was put on hold indefinitely. Never use this website.

Do not use bet365 the took me E Transfer and would not help when I forgot my login no refund an absolutely no help after 2 weeks of e mails never send this site money you will regret it

I did a bet on the virtual sport and the bet won but it came up as lost so I contacted the live chat been waiting 3 days for a response I was told would be within 24 hours 3 days ago absolute joke of a services do not use this betting app

Don't really want to do this as I have been using 365 for years. Never had a problem with it until the last update. Now it's completely broken. Can't cash out. Shows the wrong scores. Have to log in and out every two mins to work out what is going on. And after several messages I have received zero response. All in all plough your money in and due to technical incompetencies you lose everything. Real shame as it was by far and away the best app pre update.

I didn't want to do this but wow. Lost for words. Waited 45 mins in a queue of 6 for a live chat operator to ask why I couldn't access the "Golden Goals" free game or any of the others! Their reply was something to do with responsible gambling etc (365 I haven't used properly for years so I don't understand why) But typical for a gambling site to still allow me to bet across every market on their site but I'm unable to receive any marketing or access to any free games etc basically. Further to my previous reviews on this once amazing Company, I was sat in my disability chair this Sunday afternoon, watching Racing feeling very relaxed. I was about to place a bet but when I tried to log on I got a screen message = You are unable to log on till.. pm due to our BE GAMBLE AWARE RULES. No warning no nothin
