Never use Unibet, they ******* me out of my risk free $600 bet. Complete trash stay away.

I deposited £2000 to play poker here full time. I sent them an incredible amount of info for ID and proof of address but had multiple documents rejected. The first was a selfie with my passport, which Skrill insisted on, but apparently Unibet can’t accept ID with me holding it (Surely more secure? because they can’t zoom in slightly. Then the one that delayed me for a whole month- they need proof of address to be a letter which was sent through the post! Environment? Who cares... electronic PDF forwarded from business Email address with their logos on? Nope. Council tax bill from a. gov portal? Absolutely not! They need it through the post! Seriously- I warned them that it would take a bank or overstretched local government office a long time to post something like that out but they wouldn’t listen... By the way, the back and forth had already taken a few weeks to this point and 1 month after that (7 weeks from registration) I finally get a letter through the post. 4 days after that I get a reply from Unibet and the account has been authorised. If you have gone electronic to do the right thing, please think twice about using these dinosaurs! And when I finally got on the website, it’s very limited- no rush games, only cash with regs Multi-tabling at NL100+ stakes and very limited tourney selection; not for anyone thinking about making a living here. Suffice to say, I closed the account and wish I hadn’t wasted my time.

Keep well away from this company! They have robbed me blind won over £400 yet to receive any money they told me I had to wager it over 1000 times! Awfu

Awful, I have moved house and unibet see this as a chance to keep any monies. Documentation is no accepted, so far my voter registration (electoral role), driving licence, pdf of bank statement, passport, home insurance documents have been deemed insufficient. They have also applied deadlines to make it even harder. It's the 21st century and most people use online billing. But I have managed to paper copies for the above and still no (including photos of me holding the paper copies). It is ridiculous that I can vote, drive, insure property but cannot withdraw my £70 from this company.

worse site in my life. scam so i made an account about 6 months ago and the first time deposit it was great money lasted and managed to make a withdrawl since the first time i ever withdraw it has just took all my money never pays out and your money gone within minutes i have deposit over £2000 in last 6 months and never got another withdraw massive scam basically pulls you in to make it look like a good site and then takes everything stay away from this site if you want to have a long play.

Never even got to play on this site, took them 2 months to verify my account, finally get's verified, and they go, "sorry your first deposit bonus has expired'. Like what is that, biggest angle shooters I have come across in any site so far. Waste 2 months of my time to angle shoot me out of my first deposit bonus. Nobody else does this Unibet, onl you. I'm not playing on this platform, my bank also flagged it for possibly being a fraudulent transaction when I tried to deposit. I thought at first the deposit bonus was just automatic, then I ask about it in customer support, and they say it expired. Wow. That's so dumb.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. AVOID this company. I opened an account today, deposited money and placed a bet. I tried to access the account not long after opening the account and received a 'technical error' message. I tried to withdraw my deposit and received another error message. After contacting these people on live chat, I was told my account was closed. I received no communication that my account was closed yet they were quite happy to take my money and not inform me of the closure.

Haha Real people share bad reviews. Then up pops 5 good fake reviews to get rid of them. You can offer people a few free bets for a fake review hahaha..
