I was their regular and devoted customer for over 3years. Eventhough my balance was on minus I did enjoy quick withdrawals and fairness in overall. But the CUSTOMER SERVICE -it’s a different story. I sent some request recently and I was completly ignored. Wow. Their standards had changed dramatically-shame.

STAY CLEAR, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, this company is a con, they make the T&C so complicated for new customers to try and trip you up, they offer you free bets for signing up but then use every excuse under the sun to not pay out, I didn't get my £40 bonus for signing up and placing a bet, so I had to contact them, it took them 4 days to respond were by they did add the £40 bonus, so I placed my bet with the bonus however because the bonus is only valid for 7 days and although I waited 4 days for it they took the first day as the date I placed my qualifying bet, consequently my 7 days ran out before my bonus bet had settled so they took my £152 winnings of me, when I contacted them all they could say was sorry nothing we can do as you bet didn't settle within 7 days, I tried to explain that it was their mistake as they didn't deposit the bonus till I contacted them and even then it took them 4 days to respond and add it, they were not interested, then reading the reviews on here I now wish I had read them before I signed up seems like I'm not the only one they have conned, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR CHOOSE ANOTHER ONLINE BETTING SITE

@Unibet What is wrong with your website? Just placed a bet, referred to trader message appeared for 5 minutes. I cancelled the bet because I was bored. You’ve taken the amount from my balance but the bet doesn’t appear in ‘my bets’. Why don’t you have a website that works?
