Would love to leave you a minus score review. Never in my life done, have I done any online gambling. Yet you're company has taken three charges of £15 out of my bank account today and it wasn't me or my husband as we was both sat in the car together today at the time of the transaction going out of our account. I read reviews and seems like these folks are registered with another casino. I had no issues with LeoVegas whatsoever. Enjoy it. The service is ok, don't have much bonuses but that's ok as I have enough money to play with.

I haven’t had the best of luck with this casino so far but giving it a few more chances i do see the potential an will stick to it now hoping for a big decent win soon though. When i last played few days ago i was happy. Cash out is always fast for me literally 15 mins max. Customer service is great too. Lets hope my next deposit will land me a decent cash out leovegas: )

I have never had any bad experiences with leovegas, great customer service and they are very attentive to your gaming needs, games could be updated but over all great site. Never had a problem with withdrawals 2 days max (nz) wait for me. Love this site 5*.

Danger dont give them a chance to muck you around. Tried withdrawing but threw me to many hoops i gave up. Also half the games didnt work when I tried playing. Find another site!

After losing thousands of dollars, I was contacted by LiveCasino’s responsible gaming dept. and was told that my account will be temp closed for a “cool off” period... which I was fine with. The problem that I have is that my account was suspended on the day that I was expecting to get my 10% cash back bonus. I had a terrible week losing, so the bonus was somewhere in the $1200 to $1500 range. Now 30 days have passed and I contacted customer support to reactivate my account and I was told that I no longer qualify for the bonus. If my account would’ve been suspended the following day, then I would’ve received the money. So while you’re cooling off they still managed to take over $1000 from me. The rep that I spoke to when suggesting to take the break told me that whatever funds are in the account and whatever I owed to me will be there waiting for me and that it’s safe... ITS GONE! Another rep told me that the offer is no longer available and that’s why I’m out of luck... meanwhile the bonus is advertised on their home page. Not cool. Giving someone some time to take a break shouldn’t come at a huge cost to me. I held up my end of the bargain by making the deposits and wagers... and I *******. Not cool.
