Been using leo Vegas like 1 every month or 2 and whenever I have any problems there quick to solve them for me and offer me advice where necessary.

I can't actually comment on the quality of the offerings of Leo Vegas as I never actually got a chance to play. I signed up, deposited £10, the money never showed. Waited a couple of days in case there was a delay.. Still nothing. I contacted customer services and sent them my bank statement to prove I'd deposited, they reassured me it would be dealt with but after over a week, nothing. Contacted them again, nothing. And again, nothing. It's now been 3 months and I've yet to hear back from my last enquiry. Avoid at all costs.

First of all, I have played on a lot of online casino's, and this site is the only site that you should NEVER play on and i truly believe is a scam! I chatted with their customer service because i wanted to know how it is posibble that i lost 6.5K EURO over the course of a couple months, without having won a single penny. When i asked that in the chat at their customer service they immediately closed my account and now i lost 6500 euros on the website, and my account is blocked because i asked questions about my losses. They literally closed my account immediately when i asked questions about my huge losses. The site is a scam.

You know i read some reviews on trust pilot and it disturbs me how little respect is given in respect to the the law and leovegass responsibility within that law. They process withdrawals based on making sure that player is legitimate and verified and with me that process took a few days and i was eventually paid and all was good. Speaking to customer service they were very helpful with one or two hickups with communication with the different departments but all resolved. This is a good legitimate company working within the bounds of the UKGC. My experience wasnt good to start with but the reason they get 5 stars is not the situation i was in but how it was respectfully and in heindsight on my part responsibly dealt with me and the issue i had. Very good company with respect to the player and to the laws that govern them.

If I were to write this a year or two ago, 5 stars for sure. I've won a lot on this site and cashed out no problem. But now? Spent way more than I've won. Quick and easy withdrawals but it hardly pays off now

Have enjoyed this site for a long time, but this site changed after their last "maintenance" after years they have now asked for verification and withheld funds while rejecting the verification they asked for.
