Tried to withdraw 4K from sports winnings and same as everyone else make excuses to return money. Last excuse was credit card company would not take credit back, I called me credit card company about this and they had no record of it aside they would never reject a credit. Beware of leovegas and gambling in general

I sent all my information for account verification after 3 attempts they approved my documentation. I then requested a withdrawal of $4000 they then said they required proof of ownership of my credit card after 4 attempts they gave me approval which they confirmed via email on October 8th. Today October 10th went on chat asking for an update on my withdrawal of $4000. I then receive an email saying that they require proof of ownership of my credit card. I even provided them with a letter from my bank confirming that I am owner of the card. They are playing mind games and finding excuses to delay my withdrawal. How can they provide an approval in writing them retract the approval?

I’m playing here since 2018. About my latest withdrawal $1*** they put pending asking me a Cc ending 9084 to be specific. Witch I know does not exist or use it. Last December 2020 have my withdrawal won $8**** I don’t have issue about the withdrawal process. Got deposited in my bank account. Today October 07,2021 I won requesting $1*** having a hard time to do it because asking me ending 9084 Cc and I informed that the transaction for this card was made August-October 2020. A year ago. Not make any sense special my loyalty to this site since 2018.

Worst casino ever. If you win at one slit too much, they lock the slot for your account. Bigger withdrawal is problem, they make problems, lock account and customer service is very rude.

I have made many withdraws from leo vegas ranging from $800 to $3000 without any problems usually recieving funds within a day or two once approved HOWEVER i recently made a larger withdraw $11,000 and have had nothing but problems recieving my winnings! Withdraw approved 25th sept, made contact 1st october and everyday after due to not receiving winning, 5th october still no winnings and i have been told it has been reffered to another team to sort out! The problem i have is that it is impossible to be able to speak directly with the people sorting this and customer service advisors have told me it could be weeks before i receive an update from them on what happened to my withdraw

I am currently attempting to withdraw my balance in my account and am in the identity verification process. All my documents have now been approved 4 times only for my proof off address to have to be resent again and again and again. I'm 4 days into trying to complete this process and have had every single customer service rep inform that the most recent version of the document i sent in is proper only for them to request I resend it. I'm hoping this is resolved soon but as it stands right now it is a very frustrating process with Leo vegas
