Leo Vegas stole $2.000 from me. I paid Leo Vegas through their Trustly option as I have done a million times without issues prior. They deducted my bank account and upon speaking with the finance team at my bank it's 100% confirmed that my bank has no issue. They have done everything perfectly. The money is in LeoVegas care but they have not credited my account. Upon contacting them I am met with a highly arrogant approach from their employee Stine who wishes me "good luck" in getting my money back. I come from a high profile family and I remind her several times that a lawsuit will cost them millions which she completely ignores. We are now procecuting them under european, danish and federal law for fraud and theft. The upper police force is on this and a hast case has already been filed and looked into, our lawyers are already on this getting ready to sue LeoVegas for millions. And all they had to do was credit an account? We all find it very funny that they wanna scam people for pennies only to get their whooped in court and pay back millions... But that's how karma works, you should never wound what you can't kill. ever.

Awesome experience great games and easy withdrawels

Last night I won the big one $25,000 I hit the jackpot on Amazing Link Zeus, as soon as the last coin dropped and stopped so did my heart. The my screen went blank as if my phone had died, I could not turn it back on for minutes, it was as if I had a bug in my phone. Eventually it came back on, my last ball was replaced with a unhighlighted pot. I'm very annoyed and disappointed and I will be taking matters further.

Deposited money app malfunctioned so closed when I reopened money was gone and after speaking to Sabina she had no history of deposit even tho money had come out of my account but did not get to use it all on leovegas

Good games fair play i made a withdrawal had to verify everything was fine and payout has been sent so thats good however some games would take a while to load and some would lag in and out so i think that needs looking into but overall great experience
