Yea a friend of mine has gotten promos that I don’t get either. No sweat, they’re decent promos but if you’re going to have people jump through hoops and make a big deal of really nothing, that’s just not how to treat customers.

PointsBet, even for a legal book, is shady. They banned me from all those email bonuses because I “used them too often” and had to stay under 20%. Which I did do, and they still took away my bonuses including all the points I earned.

They have good quick live chat support. Also, Points bet is pretty good.

They dont offer horse or dog racing in the US and I noticed their spreads are slightly different than everyone else. The bonus was matched $200 and 2 free bets of up to $100 each

PointsBet does have great promos, but I generally find better odds at PlaySugarhouse. Both have great options for depositing and I haven’t had any issues withdrawing on either app. If you plan on using a computer, I had real problems with PlaySugarhouse’s geolocation software. But both apps work well.
