The best thing about this app is their promos and their customer service is spot on whenever I have a question about anything. The only thing I wish they can add is being able to parlay on live markets. Besides that it’s great!

Great bonuses available all the time. Plus the flexibility to use the points bet feature as well as traditional betting is a fun twist. Good help on the customer service chats though my chats have timed out from time to time. Overall points bet is solid

Pointsbet is by far the best sports app I have come across in NJ. The variety of betting offerings is beyond anything else that is being offered. They also offer very generous bonus and rewards. Promos for leading in a game in baseball and hockey pay out wins on games that ultimately wind up losing. All in all this is the top choice for a betting app.

I was using a FanDuel at the beginning of the year and ever since I switched over to PointsBet it has been 10X better I feel more secure with the duo authenticator each login. Great app I would recommend this app to all that use Sports book apps.

they banned me from using promotions as well oddly they took away the points i still had in my account which were worth about ten dollars but left 200 something dollars i still had left in free bets
Admittedly i abused the hell out of their promotions (which have since gotten much worse) which frankly they really didn't understand the math behind in most cases. they were amazing. the best was actually getting 800 dollars in bonus money for making 50 pointsbet bets with a minimum 2 dollar bet. there were ways to do this where you expected loss per bet was only 40 cents. make 50 of those and get 800 dollars in free bets. great deal.
They very quietly got rid of that promo, got rid of the loyalty promos for making nfl, nba, and cfb bets, drastically reduced how much you could get for certain promos (ie the first td wins promo went from first 100 dollars wagered to first 50) and how often they gave others as well as increasing how much you had to bet (such as the 3 points per 3 pointer for wagering 50 on nba for point spread on many different games, now it's limited to a lot less games and you need to wager 100.)
They also had some bonuses for a few CFB games per week, wager 50 get 50 in free bets win or lose.

They did that to me too. Sent me an email incorrectly saying that the majority of my bets were on promos and booster odds and to keep them to around 20%. I informed them that they were mistaken, and then they severely restricted my account so that all my bets get stuck on pending status for unknown amounts of time and often get severely reduced or rejected. And of course all those promos that they falsely advertise as being available for all users don’t get credited to me.
