When clicked on the app, the prominently displayed bright red “NCAA Make It Rain” banner (which promises a bonus of $3 for every 3 point field goal scored by the team chosen to win ATS by the bettor at a $50 minimum stake) takes the user DIRECTLY to a slate of NCAA games available to bet on. To reiterate...the banner which advertises the “Make It Rain” brings you to games to bet on when clicked. Thus insinuating that that these games were eligible for the promo.
I have done this twice. 1/18/2020, St Mary’s CA, -6.5, $50 stake (winner) featuring 9 3Pt FG made for a bonus of $27. BONUS NOT HONORED OR PAID despite my protests.
1/22/2020 McNeese St, -2, $50 stake (winner) featuring 7 3Pt FG made for a bonus of $21. BONUS NOT HONORED OR PAID.
Shady business and the literal definition of a Bait and Switch Scheme.

Offer competitive lines, and have fun promotions! They offer new player risk free bets which is a nice touch. Their customer service area and rewards program is the only spot that needs improvement. I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with one customer service representative who shouldn’t be working in this field but that shouldn’t take away from the overall app.
