Truly poor run site tried to join and asked for id, no problem, the problem lay with them verifying it they didn't bother sat for months and months. Infact five years later I spoke to Jakub and he informed me I already have three accounts with them and cant open another......... wait WAIT! hold up! Three accounts how can you have three accounts in the one company? Who checked there id? What cards was used? Who's bank cards were set up? Who is committing fraud and allowing it too happen in my my name? Pure lies! Totally avoided any new customer bonuses totally avoided free spins and any free promotions. Jakub says its by law they have to shut account to start again but as an old customer. I have in five years never received one promotion or indeed any free promotions from paddy the robbing mask wearer. I was a Paddy Power client for over a decade and bet many thousands with them. I won a bet regarding number of corners and they refused to pay as the corner was awarded but not taken. Most other bookies paid, Paddy Power refused even after an appeal. I closed the account and now bet elsewhere

Have the account for few years but didn't use much - won 2 bets on boosts during Ascot. 2 days later they stake restricted my account to 2 quid and banned from all promotions. Avoid at all costs - a betting company that you can't win!

Opened a new account was verified placed 13 bets won 2 of them and then my account was closed with reasons given and never received my free £30 bets it’s a complete scam they take my money then I win and I get shut down and no one in at there company can tell me why this is daylight Robbery and paddy power should be fined and closed down for unfair trading I’ve tried emailing calling and now that my account is locked I can’t even talk on the customer service chat which is ridiculous so my advice is not to place any bets with this shambles of a company who pretend ti be fair when in fact there just crooks
