Gambled with paddy power for years and never had any problems until now. I made an each way bet in a race that was paying top 4 places and even wrote this on the slip. My horse came 4th and I’d had £50 each way and was due to win £200. When I went into the bookmakers to collect my winnings they told me it was a losing bet and they chose to only pay 3 places in the end even though it was 4 when I put it on. They said to give paddy power a call to dispute it which I did. They told me that the rules on the each way can be changed at any time and told me to escalate it to another person which I did to again be told no we won’t pay out? £100 is a lot of money to fork out in which I wouldn’t have bothered putting the bet on with paddy if I knew they weren’t paying top 4 and would have done it with someone like skybet who don’t change their rules mid race. An absolute joke and won’t be giving them anymore of my money!

What a joke this site is, I’ve been a loyal and big playing customer for over 2 years now if not longer, I had my account blocked a few months ago because I was playing high stakes and was asked to contact the safer gambling team, I was asked for proof of what I was using and we’re it was coming from but the thing is it had come from them, I won about £14k on pp and £3800 on 32red so I was enjoying playing with some of it so I sent proof of that and that was fine with them and they were happy for me to continue so I carry on playing my normal amounts and about three months later my account gets blocked again by the safer gambling team But this time they said I had to wait for the management team to contact me, this was 6 days ago I’ve contacted them every day and each time I get told I will be contacted today I’m in a queue I’m never told we’re I am in this so called queue, they are obviously under staffed and under managed or they are being over sensitive to players playing hence why there queue is so big, it’s an absalute joke.
