I have been a loyal customer of Paddy Power for more than 10 years and have persuaded several of my friends to join too. I'm beginning to regret it. My current account balance is sizeable and, due to unforseen circumstances, I needed to withdraw it but have been prevented from doing so. I was sent a PP Cashcard PPlus some time ago, something I didn't want, but decided to give it a go. It would not work at a paypoint, ATM or online. Therefore, I requested Paddy Power remove the small amount on the card and put it back into my account. Sure a simple request? Not only have they said they can't but they decided to suspend my account. This was almost TWO weeks ago. In the meantime, I have had major hip surgery and my dear Mother has passed away. Today is her funeral. I needed the funds to help towards her funeral but, despite several sessions of begging and many responses of 'As soon as possible. We're busy'. I have had no success. I had to take out a payday type loan to cope. They are still holding MY money and, despite a promise of a call FIVE days ago and me having to answer questions about my gambling habits, like I'm some kind of risk, I am still left in limbo. I have felt humiliated and very offended. To add insult to injury, they removed £20 of free bets I had earned. I assume because they had expired but they have stopped me from using them. Fair? Nope! I am deeply upset and this situation has added further pain and stress to an already traumatic time. It's clearly obvious that Paddy Power DO NOT value, care for or respect their customers. This whole situation is Paddy Power's fault. I think the length of time this has been going on is morally wrong and I wouldn't be surprised if it legally wrong too. When I return home at the weekend, I will begin looking into the possibilities of opening a legal case.

Terrible, terrible game site. Luckily I only play low stakes slots, but this site gives you no value for money, just quickly drains anything you put in, no decent wins so you can play longer, it’s like it’s scared to let you get above your deposit in case you withdraw, you play with no hope, it gives you absolutely nothing, as I say I play low stakes 10p games mostly, but it gives you no time to enjoy it, just no wins, I play on sky Vegas normally and thought i’d give this a try, but was shocked by how bad a site it is, stay away from this site, it doesn’t even give you a random chance of winning, and will not let you win more than you deposit. I won’t play on it again. I don’t expect to win big on any slots, but I like to play on ones where there’s a chance of maybe getting back more than you deposited every now and then. Absolutely no chance on Paddy power.

Good offers, lots of promotions. Odds on horse racing seem competitive. Shame BOG isn't available until after 8am but that seems to be the normal rather than anything else.

paddy power are good for me they put there prices up early and do offer plenty of markets on all the different sports but i am restricted to how much i can place on some sports and i have found in the past the support team not that helpfu

I really enjoy using Paddy Power. Lots of great markets to choose from and good offers regularly are rewarded. I am knocking off one star because I just find the website to be a bit clunky at times. If they could sort that out then I would definitely give them 5 stars.

The site is massive as well so much choice for slots sports betting bingo. They do have some bad reviews especially regarding payouts (shame on you) with a recent case going to court which is why I give 3 stars no more.
