Absolutely shocking. Deposited £10 and won £70. As soon as I won they closed my account with no reason and refused to say anything other than it was a 'business decision'. Please be very wary of this company I joined and have deposited many different amounts and played numerous slot games. You NEVER win. They can say what they like but their games are 100% RIGGED. I closed my account last month after constant awful customer service. I have been begging yes begging for my £38 balance. I have been told numerous times give us 3-5 days we apologise. I have now written off my money. Please do not bet or sign up it's the shadiest of shades. Try calling them first. Then try they're message service. Then you'll get it.
