I’ve been playing this app for awhile now I win I lose it’s the nature of the beast. I love that this app has a lot of different games to play but I just looked at the reviews and it seems a lot of people are having the same issues that I do. I thought maybe it was a bad connection on my end but I see that other people are experiencing the same thing. Sometimes you are in the middle of a game and it shuts down on you or it pauses when you try to bet then you have to get out of the game and try to get back in it. Sometimes the games won’t load so I have to log out and log back in. This can be very frustrating so the app definitely needs more work and this needs to happen ASAP because I play a lot and it’s really getting on my last nerve. I’m considering downloading a different casino app.

I like the app but all my favorite games crash constantly very frustrating and many times the bonus codes don’t work. Definitely need some bug fixes

App is terrible, the bonuses never work and the live chat help is useless, they can’t fix your problems and just wastes your time.

I’ve played a little bit here on and off to take advantage of bonuses and because I go to Caesars in AC. They will take your money in 3 seconds NO PROBLEM.
But when you win like I did say $1000.. they will demand copies of every bank account statement and credit card you’ve ever funded with. Not just the one you want paid out to. Then they kick back the documents as not good enough. They can’t just be pictures it has to be PDF files.
Customer support is an absolute joke and I’m 10000 percent it’s outside the US by the treatment I got.
A full two and half weeks later I finally have my $.
No other sports book or casino app ever gives you this much trouble “cashing out”

Will steal ur money.. Will most likely freeze or reload if u winning or betting high..but when u play no cash it will never create problems.. Customer service was no help either don't bother just go to the casino

This app is a joke, I've tried multiple times to deposit money but keeps coming back as transaction declined. Spoken to customer service they said I must have made a mistake when entering my details which is not correct as I've now re entered my details 3 times now.
Can't say how the paid play is but every few minutes on the free play the game crashes so if your playing a probability game it's annoying as you start from the beginning again.
Don't waste your time with this stupid app!!

I've tried all the NJ real money websites and apps for those site and this by far is the worst. Play is real slow and always getting a error when trying to play on any device. Laptop,iPad,iPhone all on them have problems and it's been like this from the start. You would think they would fix it by now. I won't be playing on this site. I'm done.

They only verify your current resident once you make a deposit. It takes theme 5 second to take ur $$ BUT DAY TO GET YORU MONEY BACK !

This is horrible I can't even play for a minute without it crashing. I just was in the middle of free spins and had over $22 in winnings when it crashed and now I can't get it back up. Absolute crap!
